On the Edelweiss tour you will also gain amazing insights into the history of the JUST family business. At the Chrüterforum the journey of discovery ends with an invigorating cup of herbal tea and the opportunity to try out all JUST products personally and, of course, to buy them directly.

The Arnica Tour is a great idea for a family, team or club outing in eastern Switzerland. It gives you exclusive insights into the highly technical processes of our modern production facilities. Your personal guide will reveal interesting facts about the development and production of the high-quality JUST products and you will be able to experience directly which sensory skills are required. On the discovery tour through the “Generations Building” you will meet the people who are working to make your JUST products every day. Along the way you will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Appenzellerland and Lake Constance. The tour ends at the Chrüterforum with a relaxing cup of herbal tea and your favourite JUST products, all of which you can try out and buy straight away.

Every first Thursday of the month we offer a public Arnica Tour from 3.00 – 4.00 pm. You can also register as an individual or small group.

For groups of 10 or more or school classes, please contact us by phone to make a reservation. We recommend our tours for children from 10 years of age accompanied by adults.

The JUST World is located in Walzenhausen in the beautiful Appenzell foothills high above Lake Constance. The JUST World can be reached in 30 minutes from St. Gallen and is an ideal destination after a hike in the nearby countryside.
There are a small number of free parking spaces and two coach parking spaces directly next to the building, and a 22kW charging station for electric cars is available for a sustainable trip.
The JUST World is only a few minutes’ walk from the train station.
