A traineeship at JUST has many positive aspects. It promotes self-confidence and professionalism in the business world, conveys a broad knowledge of our products and a corresponding entrepreneurial approach. From the very beginning our trainees are given an insight into the entire company and spend an instructive time with experts from the various professional groups. In this way we optimally prepare our trainees for their future careers. It is important to us to offer them a good working environment, to promote their independence and to lay the foundations for their future careers.
During the three-year traineeship as a Commercial Clerk (EFZ), numerous specialist areas are covered. From purchasing and logistics, export and internal sales to marketing and financial accounting, our trainees receive a practical insight into a wide range of tasks and a sound education in the areas of service and administration.
In our logistics centre in Rheineck, everything revolves around the transport, storage and distribution of our products. During their three-year traineeship, our EFZ logisticians get to know the flow of materials in detail. This includes storage and retrieval, order picking and goods delivery. Goods monitoring and accounting are carried out by means of various systems which are also included in the course.
Our trainee plant operators (EFZ) are introduced to the operation and monitoring of equipment, machines and plants over a period of three years. Maintenance, analysis and some troubleshooting of malfunctions are also part of the course. The production processes are planned according to the respective order and in compliance with defined regulations. This also includes regular quality controls, which are an important aspect of the production process.

The 3 years of apprenticeship at JUST offers an instructive and versatile training period, in which true interests can be explored through the different departments and strengths for the future career path can be built. I find the apprenticeship as a plant operator at JUST inspiring. I operate and monitor production and packaging plants, which allows me to acquire various technical knowledge and take on responsibility at the same time. Working at JUST as a plant operator is very varied. The plant is ultra-modern and the working hours are easy to combine with school and homework.
