We Care stands for JUST's values, which focus on the well-being of people and nature. The cultivation, care and harvesting of Appenzell herbs for our limited summer editions offers people with disabilities a meaningful activity and at the same time promotes the preservation of the Appenzell herb tradition. It is an extraordinary cooperation project that has borne fruit for several years.
The herbs, which are bursting with energy, are grown in the highest organic bud quality at an altitude of approx. 900 m above sea level. From sowing to processing, everything is done by hand and without the use of any synthetic fertilisers or pesticides. And the people who work here are also particularly appreciated.
Our partner company offers people with mental or physical disabilities a professional and social perspective and wants to contribute to their social integration in the best possible way.
Thanks to this extraordinary partnership, year after year we succeed in bringing a very special part of our Appenzell homeland with the highest feel-good factor to the world.
