Equality in direct sales

Today we are celebrating International Women’s Day. A historically important day, which first took place on the 19 March 1911 in Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA. From the beginning, millions of women fought for improvement of their rights and demanded, among other things, equal pay, the right to vote and the right to participate in workplace decisions. Women’s Day became a global event on 8 March 1917.

Various conflicts around the world have unfortunately resulted in some setbacks to women’s rights and opportunities. The gender pay gap, which shows gender-specific differences in wages, continues to be very high, which is why 8 March is still a very significant day, even more than 100 years after its creation.

The slogan #EmbraceEquity calls for a fairer distribution of rights between the genders and equality (equal opportunities for all).

There are no fixed working hours, which hinge on your preferred programme of consulting, hosting events and learning more about the products. This means every week can be planned flexibly, but it is important to keep efficiency and effectiveness in mind.

Those who show leadership qualities and harbour ambitions to grow with the team have opportunities to take on a team leader role. Appropriate support programmes are in place for this career path as well.
